| Customer is responsible for return freight charges (no COD freight accepted). | ||
| Return core in original box to prevent shipping damage. | ||
| To receive full core credit, cores should be clean, drained of liquids and returned in useable condition. |

| Damaged due to return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. | ||
| Damaged or disassembled cores are subject to credit denial. | ||
| Cores shall be returned in 30 days. After 30 days, a reduced credit will be offered. | ||
| Cores returned other than the model purchased, or in non-rebuildable condition, will be subject to credit denial. |
